Happy Halloween Loves!
Every year I love to dress up and go all out for halloween, and this year is no different! and I only spent $7 on my costume this year, making that a new DIY record for me. Easy DIY Halloween costumes are always the way to go when you’re a B.C.K. (Broke College Kid). So I am here today to share some last minute DIY Halloween costumes with you!
DIY Belle Costume
This Beauty (get it…Beauty) can be constructed straight from your nearest goodwill, AND be worn again as a separate outfit! Blue button down, white apron, blue skirt, and some lovely boots and a rose bouquet will have you singing tale as old as time all night!
DIY Rey Episode 7 Costume
For all you star wars nerds out there, this ones for you! If you have a nude tank top, grey leggings, cream scarf, boots, belt, and a large stick, you have yourself a Rey Episode 7 costume! If you don’t have something on the list, hop on over to your nearest good will or thrift store and buy yourself some scrap fabric or large scarf for the vest!
DIY Cruella Deville
Have a little bit bigger DIY budget? A trip to good will and your local halloween store (or Walmart in my case) will have you screaming “where are the puppies!!” Every girl has a LBD in their closet, the red heel and coat can be found at a good will, and the wig and gloves can be found at your local Spirit Halloween store (also Walmart!). Pop on some bold white eyeshadow and Dior red lips and bam! Cruella Deville has just entered the building!
A quick pop onto pinterest will also leave you bursting with ideas! Ive saved a few more of my fav DIY costumes on my own pinterest page! Check them out if you are in a bind this halloween!! Stay safe this halloween loves!
XOXO, D.
P.S. Heres my costume as Cruella Deville! As you can see, Cosette was NOT having it.
